DurangoSong.com is a proud sponsor of the annual New
England Songwriters Festival (NESF) held the second
week of September in northern New Hamphire's beautiful
Mt. Washington Valley.
The inaugaural 2001 event was headlined by Nashville's
Tim Johnson who penned the powerful and poignant hit
"She Misses Him," made popular by Tim Rushlow.
The 2002 lineup of talent was likewise impressive.
Dreamworks recording artist Roxie Dean, whose songs
helped fuel the enormous success of Jamie
O'Neil's ("There Is No Arizona") debut, headlined.
Co-starring on the bill was Bonnie Baker, who wrote
the top five hit "Ordinary Life" for Chad Brock and
SHeDAISY's recent chart-topper "This Woman Needs."
See the 2003 line up below.
Please Note: In order to concentrate our efforts on the 2004 Durango Songwriter's EXPO in Telluride (Oct 7-9), DurangoSong.com will not be sponsoring this year's New England Songwriter's Festival in September. However, the NESF is still taking place. For information, visit SongFestivals.com.
